What We Do

As early stage investors, we help structure companies’ goals and expectations, not only for the initial level of funding, but to satisfy the most discriminating investors for each additional round. We often participate in management, and assist in establishing strategic partnerships.
Focus
While not limited to specific industries, we focus on healthcare, technology, consumer products, education and entertainment. Our preference is emerging growth companies, although we will consider pre-revenue with provisions. If the opportunity warrants further consideration, we have established relationships with other investors and VC’s, and an exceptional referral base.
